Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via National couriers in Malaysia with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
- Original receipt, product box and all items in the original package are needed for product exchange within 30 days after purchase.
- No refund policy.
- Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.
- The difference will be returned if the price of the exchange item is not more than 10% lower than the original item.
- The difference will be returned within 15 working days after the case approved by seller.
- Following items cannot be exchanged: Projector Screen, Projector and TV Trolley and bracket.
- Shipping cost of returning of original item and sending back the new items have to be paid by the customer.
- The broken products can be returned to us within 30 days after purchase to be claimed for its warranty by the manufacturer. After 30 days , the item must be sent to the brand after sales service directly by customer. We are keen to give our best support to the customer to claim the warranty after 30 days.
